Idiots like her risk the lives of others by driving while intoxicated all the time. I'm pretty sure that most of them don't also bring their kiddos along. She should be in jail for a long, long time.

Anybody caught over the limit and driving, whether first offense or not, should have their license taken away for life IMO.

The number of people killed each year by drunks is also pretty extreme. Drunk driving is not a accident, it's a choice. People choose to get smashed and turn on the ignition. Why should these people be given a second chance when their victims usually aren't given a second chance?
They'll be just fine getting around in a taxi/bike for the rest of their lives.
