I'm just a simple man. I don't think 2000 was part of the 1990's.

Either way, a new year is about to begin with new possibilities for each of us. If you had a great 2009, look back on it with fondness and commit to making 2010 just as grand. If your 2009 was not as wonderful as you had hoped, make a commitment to make 2010 the best year ever.

We are a base 5 and 10, so to me 2010 marks the start of the decade. 2001 was the start of the new millenium.

I look at 2010 as the start of a new decade as well. I was telling an old friend the other day that it seemed like every year during the past decade I was happy to see the previous one go. A very tumultuous decade, that's for sure. I am looking forward to seeing what the new one does bring - hopefully it's much calmer and beneficial for all.

HAPPY NEW YEAR S2K FAMILY!!!
