Ok, so my clock is gaining time. got a new battery, and it says to copy down all my settings. Well, when I go into my bios, I have to click on many different items to actually see the settings. Is that what they mean? I did this many years ago and just can't remember exactly and everything I find online as well as in the book just says to write down the settings - not exactly what, or if all and that I need to click into each one. I know, seems pretty self explanatory probably, but I am hoping I don't have to write down a million things! lol Any help would be much appreciated.

GTalum may be the person you need. He helped southerngale on some stuff. Lester88 also may be able to help you. I feel people were following alex and were spending their time in there. Maybe pm gtalum and lester88. I know they'd be more than willing to help you. Lester is always in chat. I'll ask him to see if he can help you.

You have to record all the settings you see on BIOS.
If a printer is connected, press Shift+Print Screen; a copy of the screen display will be sent to the printer. Some setup programs have several pages of nformation, so you should record the nformation on each page
hoped that helped

thanks so much you guys! I really appreciate it! Will do. More work than I wanted, but, hey, better than the alternative! lol
unfortunately I was not able to get print screen to work so will just write them down. After Alex is over though.
