Try African violets. The situation you describe is what they like, just don't get water on top of the leaves. Water from the bottom by sitting the pot on a shallow plate filled with water .

A simple shamrock plant would look nice. If you're lucky, you might find the dark purple leaf shramrock leaf one, which blooms a light pink if I recall. I just have the green feaf plant right now, which blooms white flowers.
Go to a local greenhouse, perhaps they'd have one. Shamrocks grow very well.

I have similar conditions in my bathroom downstairs and I love the bromiliads.(sp) You can buy them at Home Depot or Lowes. They need very little water or light and look very exotic!!!!!

How about an orchid? They can be found at Home depot as well. Try a Paphiopedilum also known as a Lady Slipper. Water every couple of days and fertilize once a month with orchid formula.
