My niece is in the hospital tonight. She is 31 weeks pregnant with twins and is in labor. The doctors have given her medicine to stop the labor and it seems to be working. Hopefully she can go home tomorrow. Please pray that all goes well and that she does not deliver them this early. I know with today's technology it is not as dangerous as it used to be, but the longer they are "in the oven" the better off they will be.

Currently it appears that Martha will be in the hospital through the weekend and hopefully will go home on bed rest on Monday. Thanks everyone for your support and prayers.

She's right where she needs to be. I'm glad that they were able to get her and the babies stabilized so they can "cook" a little longer. Prayers for her and the twins!

Martha has had some more contractions this morning despite being on medication. Hopefully they will stop again and she can still go home early next week. Thanks for everyone's thoughts and prayers. They are so important to us as a family.

Storming heaven!

Some good news. Martha had no contractions last night. Still very much up in the air whether she will be going home early week or not. Continued prayers are appreciated.

Prayers going out for Martha and the twins!

Last report from Vicki(Martha's twin sister)was that she had some more contractions during the day today so it is looking like she may stay in the hospital till delivery. We are very lucky as a family because we have basically an army of family here in Houston that can help out. Once again thanks for all the prayers. Please keep them flowing.

As of this morning it appears I will become a great uncle for the 4th and 5th time sometime this week. Martha 's contractions have continued and intensified some and she is "progressing"(the ladies will understand). Please continue to pray for the twins health whenever they come and of course for Martha, her husband and son.

The girls are here! They are breathing on their own. Weighed in at 4lbs 2oz and 4lbs30z. One blonde and one brunette. They are currently doing quite well as is Momma. Daddy is beside himself. We will probably try to visit tomorrow, but with so large a family here we have to be careful we don't overwhelm Mom and Dad and for that matter the hospital. Please continue your prayer for their continued health. My S2K family is the greatest! thanks for all the support!!
