Endeavour is off for the last time

NASA's SS Endeavour (yes, spelled with a "u") has launched on its final mission, STS-134. This is the penultimate scheduled launch of a NASA space shuttle mission; STS-135 will fly in July on Atlantis.

It's really sad to think that this is the final flight for each one of them.
I'm glad that Rep Gibson was able to be there to watch.

I was hoping to see the lift-off from the office but we had clouds in the area.

Loving this photo, seeing her come out of the cloud deck. Couldn't see a darn thing from my house because of those clouds. I am definitely going over beachside to see the last of the last shuttle launches this July weather hubby wants to or not. lol. He hates the insane crowds, but it will be worth it for my kids. Something they will always remember.
