I don't see an insanity defense having any traction in this case. The guy has his issues, but as far as I've read he's mentally competent.

Definitely a premeditated attack. Why the death penalty was even considered to be off the table defies logic.

This man is a terrorist plain and simple. He deserves the death penalty over and over and over. I think it is a shame that we have to spend millions on convicting someone we have absolute proof that he did it and who is obviously not insane.
