BOGUS! while I have mixed feeling I do believe the defense in that Michael had a problem with drugs and he should have helped but I believe most of the blame goes on Jackson. He was only found guilty because the public would have rioted if otherwise. Another reason why our justice dept is jacked up. you can agree or disagree just my opinion.

Dr. Murray was most definitely negligent in his "care" of MJ. Of that I have no doubt. Did he cause MJ's death? IMO, not directly, BUT he was using a drug outside of the only setting it is allowed to be used in without proper monitoring which did contribute to exacerbating MJ's existing drug problem. At a minimum he should lose his right to ever practice medicine anywhere again since he broke the oath all doctors are required to take. JMHO

Mixed feelings as well. He did not have to give MJ that medication. He could've/should've walked away. Did he directly cause his death? IMHO, no. MJ had the drug problem.
