Thanks to some Pinterest and FB pages i've found some crockpot recipes. Most I probably wouldn't cook again but i do have share this one recipe. I could cook it again in a heartbeat!

Pulled Pork

2@ pork tenderloin
1 12 oz. can of root beer
1 18 oz. can of BBQ sauce (i used kc masterpiece original)

Put the tenderloin and the root beer in the crockpot and cook on low for 6 hours. Drain the root beer (and clean out the bottom of the pot), shred the tenderloin and add the BBQ sauce. Cook until BBQ sauce is heated.

Now how simple is that? and it's sooooo good on some Hawaiian King rolls with a side serving of coleslaw. Or you can do like my daughter does and put the coleslaw on the sandwich. Happy eating!!

My wife uses a site called crockpot365.blogspot.com. Its a lady who cooked crookpot meals everyday of the year for 365 days. She tells you if her family liked it or not. My wife has used the site many times to come up with different meal ideas. With both of us working different shifts throughout the week, she can start something in the morning, have it done before she leaves work, and then leave it on warm so I have a warm dinner when I get home. Everything I make in a crockpot always ends up tasting the same except for Chilli. I should just put in hot water and salt to make soup.
