Thanks and praise be to Our Lord, and His servants here...all of you at Storm2K who have stood by us these last two grueling weeks...we have news!

Not 5 minutes ago, we received a call fom our new landlord; the day after Labor Day, he will make arrangements with the City to transfer our utilities over to the new townhouse apartment, and on 03 SEP 03 we will place the rent and deposit in his hands...moving is slated for 05-07 SEP 03!

You have graciously put up with my fears, entreaties and ups-and-downs while we here were sweating every detail, large and miniscule; and I thank you, each and every one of you, for your help, forbearance and especially, your prayers for us during this time..."No man is truly poor who has FRIENDS", and I do, WE do...God bless you all, Storm2K family!!!

This is great news, Bill. I'm glad that everything worked out. It's nice to see the family-like atmosphere we have here. When one person is in a root, we help them out.

How very KEWL! Yet "MORE" proof that the *Mighty Prayer Warriors* HAVE the POWER! This was a test, had this been for real, you would have had a set of instructions "LOL!" Collins tenants have had yard sales in days past, but we don't want to "push the envelope" (I imagine they are fuming about what our attorney told them!)...we do have a one-yr-old EXC refigerator and a HUGE, VGC kitchen table (last used in Operation Iraqi Freedom to launch Navy fighter aircraft, LOL) and chair set to sell, but for that we're waiting until after we move.

There's a place in the local newspaper called "Pay as you sell" in the classifieds we are going to use...all we have to do is make a phone call. :wink:

The set-up in the new townhouse is much the same as the one we are in, but all NEW...cable and telephone jacks in both bedrooms, a cable jack in the living room and a third telephone jack in the kitchen...but we can't be as extravagant in decorating, as the new landlord insists on nothing more than using small nails or picture hangers (nothing that screws in anywhere, etc.), and no window curtains which would require such things...other than that, it is in a MUCH better neighborhood, and all in all we are very pleased to make the move. 8-)

That is GREAT NEWS! I'm so happy for you! See, the change that you were forced into was actually for the better in the long run! I'm sorry that you had do endure those two emotionally draining weeks, but the end of the tunnel has arrived, thank GOD!
