Definitely sick!! I know parents can't control everything a child does, I had two myself, but where do these kids learn to act this way?? SMH!!!

Thing like this tend to cause kids to grow up thinking this kind of behavior is okay or they do these things as a venting mechanism which in both cases you most definately need to put the blame on both the people doing the bullying and their parents for being stupid punks
