How to begin? To lose a child...

Msbee, a long time family member and supporter of s2k, lost her beautiful daughter, Erika, at 36, to a long battle with cancer. According to Barb, she fought the battle courageously and with a strength that was inspirational to all that knew her.

She touched many lives in her far too short lifetime, and wishes to carry on her legacy through support of her non-profit, Be the Change, St. Marteen. This non-profit helped many and will continue to help many worthwhile charities on the island.

They have been in New York and will return to the island next week and plan a memorial service on the beach to celebrate Erika's life and continued legacy.
