I would like to hear your feelings on the Kobe Bryant/unknown woman rape case. Do you believe him or the woman? Thanks for your input.

Well, I haven't really been following the case, but my first impression when I heard it was 'oh geez, that girl picked a real rich one!' If it really happened, then I am sorry for her, but I'm guessing it's a get rich quick scheme! Hmmmmm........ !! LOL so totally kidding!

I think ALL athletes are over paid...even golfers....and especially basketball players. And you know where most of their money goes?? PARTY!!! He probably did it.

Now THAT I agree with!!! I do not think that it is fair that they get millions to play a freakin' game!!!! (Life ain't fair Jacki, get over it! ) Not that he doesn't have the money to dish out, if she cries wolf a lot, she isn't just taking money, she is taking the reputation of a well-loved and respected basketball player! All I am saying is far worse happens..... I'm sure he didn't go seeking HER out!

i agree they r over paid. my gut feeling is he didnt do it and she is just out for the big dollar. from what i understand she has had alot of problems. she should have never gone to his room and he shouldnt have had her in the room, with a new baby an all. he just doesnt look like the type, but i am no expert on what looks like a rapist. i saw on fox his ex girlfriend and she had nothing but nice things to say. so hummmmm i guess we will see

Hey Guys we're discussing a rape case, NOT a blackmail case. Stick to the subject. Don't go off on a tangent of gossip and rumors. I haven't heard
any CREDIABLE news source discuss any possible blackmail schemes. Please leave the accuser as the accusser and Kobe as the defendent.

MY"gut feeling" says Kobe's guilty...the specifics of the scene, as stated by the accuser and the detective who interviewed her, are corroborated by the evidence as presented by the state's attorney.

Kobe's shyster, IMHO, should be disbarred for her grandstanding.

One more media-hyped case about a celebrity. Cases like this are played out every day among peons like us.

Kobe has admitted he committed adultery with the young lady. The question remains whether it was consensual or not. Even if she went to the room with him willingly, the minute she said no in any form it became rape. I am not about to pass judgement as I do not have enough facts. However, considiering her past as it has been related in the media I suspect there is a mixed up girl who got in over her head and a media/sports star who did the same. Again, the key question is did she say no at any time? If she did and he pressed on then he is quilty.
