Sunnyday, it sure is nice having someone like you around here. Don't let a few people who do not share your views get to you. I sure don't and I know my views are a lot different than some of the posters here. Just don't let them get to you.
Hope to see you stick around.

That's right sunny. I didn't see the specific posts, but don't let your feelings get hurt. That happened to me once and I sulked around for a couple of days, then I got over it.
This is a marketplace of ideas. We are free to express our views and we are under no obligation to convince anyone. If someone gets snotty with you, the most effective thing is to ignore them. There's an old saying that if you argue with afool, people won't be able to tell who the fool is.
If you write something that you regret, you can always go back and edit the post, even down to nothing. I thought you could delete a post until someone replys, but after that you can't withdraw it.
Hang in there, and take it easy.
If you need to talk, you can PM me.

Sunnyday, I hope you stick around here, too.
You can edit your post to "suspension points" (.....) or say "deleted" or the like... because as you know you are unable to delete your post(s) after there have been replies.

Sunny - please reconsider. Ed's advice was right on. Sometimes you're better off picking and choosing what you want to "respond to". You don't always need to agree and you don't always have to reply. You might even find after awhile, like I have, that you do have alot more in common with people you initially disagreed with!

Stephanie is right!

... stick it out and speak your mind. Don't worry...this isn't like the Australian Parlimant where they will kick you out of the room if you speak out!

I wouldn't let anyones opinion make me withdraw. I disagree with some peoples opinions but I respect them for having one. It is your right though and I am sure one of the administrators could take care of that for you.

I just got home and don't know whats going on.. All I know Is I have been there before...when you get 1000 plus individuals with different views and some turn out to be different from your own..disagreements arise and yes sometimes feelings get hurt. My rule now is don't take anything personal. Especially when a topic someone has passionate feelings about is discussed. We are all one Big Happy family and family disagrees and then they kiss and make up. We'd love to have you stick around. Think about it ok
