Another illegal alien story..

On Oct. 3rd, an illegal alien truck driver from Canada was caught hauling a shipment of Humvees into northern Maine. These weren’t just your average Humvees mind you. They were U.S. military humvees scheduled for delivery from the Texas National Guard in Houston to the Maine National Guard facility in Limestone, Maine (if I’m remembering this correctly).

Michele Maulkin broke this story over the weekend, and she really hit home with some points. She had obtained the report from the Homeland Security Intelligence, so this is all fact (as best I can recall it).

U.S. border patrol agents stopped and arrested a person by the name of Raymond Levesque for working illegally in the U.S. He had reportededly been working in the U.S. for 15 years!! He was freed on his own recognizance pending an immigration hearing. As Michelle says, “Catch and release is still the order of the day”.

So you ask, “what is the big deal here”? No different than Mexicans picking oranges in California….right?

WRONG! How about a possible terrorism connection or link? There are at any given time, several hundred military vehicles on site, and security is nonexistent (at least at this Maine facility). Of course, the U.S. Army’s Military Traffic Management Command refused to comment on what steps it takes to screen out frauds, felons or potential terrorists.

This particular facility, along with others I’m sure, refurbishes and ships military humvees and mobile howitzers. These howitzers, resembling large tanks, are capable of delivering nerve gas rounds and nuclear munitions. A source working for the facility in Maine, told investigators that no identification is required from drivers dropping off shipments at the National Guard site. He also said the trucking numbers, bills of lading, often do not match the trucks actually delivering loads. And no records are kept on who actually delivers shipments.

The “open borders crowd” (as Michelle names them), will shrug this off as another case of an innocent “undocumented worker”, just doing a job that nobody else will do. Just another illegal trying to “put food on the table.” According to House Dem leader Nancy Pelosi, we shouldn’t have out immigration law enforcement officers “terrorizing” and “terrifying” illegal alien workers.

What a jerk she is. Let the immigration outlaws and Border Patrol “terrorists” loose and hand over Army Humvees and howitzers to whoever trucks across the border first.

Homeland Security, here we come.

I heard about that. They need to take some of the 87billion dollars and tighten up our boarders just a tad

Um, yes....we should!

If there's one thing that gets my goat more than the battle over baby's rights, it's the freaking non-stop influx of illegal freeloaders coming over here, getting on the welfare payroll, and sending our taxdollars back over the border to help more illegals get over here.

Has anyone read that poem about illegals? Some consider it racist (and a few months ago, there was a politician who got in trouble for emailing it), but it was shown to me by a fellow Texan who is of Mexican descent.
