Real Sinus Openers.
OK, since it's nearing winter and some of you are already getting colds, so there are some ways to open your sinuses enough to blow your nose easily.
1. Put too much horseradish on your food.*
2. Put a few drops of tobasco sauce in your mouth.*
3. Have a cup of hot tea/chocolate.
4. Sniff any kind of pepper.*
5. Have some hot soup.
6. Squeeze hot mustard in your sandwiches.*
7. Shake some pepper on your food.*
If you want to add to this list, be my guest.
*Method may have some drawbacks

I dont like hot things. I dont even handle well on my tounge over the mild sauce from taco bell let alone hot spicy stuff.
It kinda makes me think ofthat crazy wild chicken or turkey avatar. LMAO its dancing because of the hot spicyness LMAO

Interesting sinus openers. I'm gonna borrow one I saw from a 3's company episode when Jack {John Ritter} dressed as a woman and made cookies. Put cold pills in the cookies instead of chocolate chips lol
I don't know if it actually works. Just wanted to share it cause I miss John Ritter and because that was probably my favorite 3's company moment.

Just open the jar of good grated horseradish and take a good whiff, no need to eat it.
Or if you really want to open 'em up, get fresh horseradish root and put it in a food processor with nothing else. the oils in the root will clear everything about your sinuses. Even clear out your tear ducts.
(I know 'cause I make my own horseradish sauces.)
