With the amount of food that we go through, (ka-ching, ka-ching) it's margarine all the way, baby. Once in a while, we'll get real butter for a treat.

Speaking of treats: Melt margerine or butter and mix in honey in about an equal amount. Mix up well and refrigerate. This makes a kicking spread for toast, english muffins, etc.

Country Crock margarine. I like butter, but now that I've been using Country Crock, I find butter to be alittle too heavy.

Margarine here. Butter for special occasions. Yes Ed honey butter is very very good. Especially on fresh baked bread.

Smart Balance is very good for health reasons, hence the name. :)
