Lyle, I know that the Weather Attic is the forum to post our local observations (and climatic summaries).

My point of this thread was to get feedback on if I should wait until the start of the next month (December 1st), the start of the year (January 1st) or right away.

Thanks everyone! :)

I'm not sure I understand, Tom...why should it matter if it's started BEFORE December 1st or January 1st? :)

I figure I start it at the beginning of a month (December 1st), the beginning of the year, (January 1st).

Starting in the middle of the month, (literally), doesn't seem "orderly." :)

IMO...it doesn't matter whether it's the beginning, middle or end of the month.

Thank you, Eric. It really doesn't matter in my opinion, either... but there is something about it that I thought I would get members opinions. Haven't gotten that many votes. So still undecided.

SF, I thought of that, too. I will make up my mind soon.

Also, have to find enough data to post, I am thinking of having more than the high and low temperatures... also not sure which reporting station to use... the one 10 miles SE of me or the one down the road that isn't "as official."

Thanks.
