What's your favorite hobby? Mine.......Hmmm, tough question, USE to be fishin', no wait, wood workin', uh no...wait, GOLF........"NO!" I guess my ALL time favorite hobby is wood workin', ask Michelle, I have more money invested in tools than George Bush has shares in the oil industry "LOL!" Yup......wood workin'.......but then again, maybe GOLF! Na.....I just started playin' golf this year.

Yeah Dennis - I have the same problem you do - in the springtime its my garden - the summer time is dragracing and now its my woodworking. Cut out 24 candy canes and now I just have to find time to finsih them with working 60 hours a week.

But I do love my hobbies.

Well, I have a few, but being winter time is coming, I will share my winter hobby, which is crocheting blankets!! I have 3 in progress right now!! Only one of them is for someone though, the other two I just thought the yarn was pretty, lol (I don't know why I started them all at the same time, I have a bad habit of that!!) The one that is a gift is for my little cousin, I hope to have it done by Christmas, but I have Ticka's problem, where do I find the time!

Well, my ma always told me that I had a twin out there somewhere "LOL!" Hey, with hobbies like we have, at least they're constructive.....I mean, putting fish on the table, making unique pieces furniture and doo dads that can't be bought in a store and GOLF......well, that's constructive, makes us able to FOCUS on lifes little problems a little better (at least that's what I tell Michelle *shhhhh*!)

You know, the one Bob Villa advertises on tv?? I bought one a few months back.......BEST tool in my inventory by FAR  It's the only tool I've found to that will cut plexy glass without breaking it....plus it doubles as a small router, cutter, sander etc, etc!

Thanks Dennis - I think I'm the only woman who asked for a router on Mother's Day. I go in spurts on it. With working all these crazy hours I don't get much time to work at it as I would like.

I have seen that tool advertised - going to have to check it out. A person can't have enough tools LOL.

I'm telling ya Ticka.....once you own a All In One Cutting Tool, you'll wonder how you ever lived without one! It comes with an array of accessories, the router base, a circle cutting jig plus other handles....I LOVE it! It's not that expensive either, $59.99, your local Sears should have them in stock. With this cutter, there's no need for a bandsaw, in which I have, a scroll saw, I have one too, a jigsaw, own that one too.....the only big tool that I don't own is a Lathe....really don't have a use for one. I've got a belt/disc sander, bandsaw, scroll saw, planner/shaper plus NUMEROUS, NUMEROUS hand tools, too many to count LOL!

Same here - or Lowe's! You can't beat their prices!

I love doing needlework also - needlepoint and crewel. My only problem is that I have SOOO many projects started and they are just waiting for completion. I really need to get back into doing those again. I have a new hobby though that's been taking up alot of my time - S2K!!!!

Drawing and doodling (not seriously into it like Pawlee is though), reading, easy and medium crossword puzzles, table games, movies, fishing (used to but not as much anymore), weather, internet and e-mail.
