Here we go
I need prayers on a few fronts. First off, I am taking a couple of months off from work due to the fact that I am extremely stressed and also because I need a break from the hectic routine.
Second, my next door neighbor's daughter has lung cancer.

Just found out on Monday. So she could use some prayers as well. Her name is Kathy.
Third, my mom needs prayers that she finds a job soon. Her temp position ended a week and a half ago; and with the job market being the way that it is she needs to get one fast so that she won't lose her condo.
Thanks everyone!

While I certain hope and pray for the best with your mother and neighbor, Joshua, it is you who needs God's light the most right now. I pray that he opens a door, opens your mind, and opens your heart to something new and wonderful that will add peace to your life and give purpose to your days.

I found out this morning as I was preparing to go into church that my Aunt Judy had a stroke and is in the hospital recovering from that and she has congestive heart failure. To top that off her husband, my Uncle Don is also recoverING from major abdominal surgery to remove a mass. He still faces a few more surgeries and continued recovery. He drove her to the hospital which was about 30 or more miles from their home!! To say the least they need our prayers right now. They may not be believers(they are agnostic)but I want them to experience the MIGHTY POWER OF PRAYER!!! Thanks in advance MIGHTY PRAYER WARRIORS!!!!

Mine have been lifted up, and may I request some for us?
Both Debi and I have been having a lot of pain lately...both of us in lower back (Debi also has another kidney stone which she can't "take care of", i.e. no insurance), and I'm experiencing sharp pain in my right hand, affecting the index and middle fingers (makes it difficult to type, hold a cup of coffee, etc.).

A *blanket prayer* (all in one) has been sent before the Father on everyones behalf....rest assured, He "DOES" hear ALL petitions brought forth to Him!

Pain can erode the soul, Captain Midnight. It steals energy otherwise available for more positive tasks. May the pain subside and during those times may you feel good in knowing you have a mission which others find comforting themselves.
...and David, for Aunt Judy...may she rest her tired soul and heal as the new day dawns. And may her recovery be complete.
My son Jarrod lost a good friend in Illinois last Sunday to a stroke. At age 26, Erica was simply visiting friends in Chicago when she keeled over during a conversation at the kitchen table. She was gone before she got to the hospital. She and Jarrod urged each other to finish community college when both were wondering why. He did. She did too.

Wow, Steve. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your son Jarrod's good friend to a stroke. What an awful experience at the kitchen table.
