LOS OLIVOS, Calif. — Investigators armed with a search warrant are swarming Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch, Fox News has confirmed.
Court TV reported that a 12-year-old boy brought allegations against the pop star. At least one ambulance was present Tuesday on the Neverland grounds.
Authorities carried out the warrant at the 45-year-old singer's sprawling home in the Santa Ynez Valley outside of Santa Barbara, said a sheriff's spokesman, who declined to give his name. The Santa Barbara County district attorney's office was also involved in the action, he added.
Jackson's spokesman, Stuart Backerman, did not answer his cell phone and did not immediately return messages Tuesday.
The singer who had international hits with the albums "Thriller" (1982), "Bad" (1987) and "Dangerous" (1991), saw his career begin to collapse in 1993 amid allegations he molested a boy. Jackson has maintained his innocence, and charges were never filed. He reportedly paid a multimillion-dollar settlement.
Jackson is also connected to Hollywood private eye Anthony Pellicano, who began serving federal prison time Monday for possessing illegal explosives. Pellicano is being investigated about whether he secretly taped conversations of celebrities and their lawyers.
Pellicano, 59, worked for Jackson as a spokesman and security consultant during the abuse investigation.
The search came on the same day Epic Records released "Number Ones," a greatest hits collection featuring Jackson's new single, "One More Chance." On Nov. 26, CBS is scheduled to air a Jackson special consisting mainly of old concert footage.

I remember seeing a story about Pellicano yesterday on the Today Show. They said "Hollywood" was nervous about what might be revealed during his investigation.

Hmm, not sure what to think. Could be someone trying to scam some money or the allegations could be true. You just never know these days. By the way, anyone know how the Kobe Bryant case is going? Another one that I'm not sure of...

There are 60-70 police participating in the search. There must be some pretty specific things that they are looking for to devote that many people to the search.

Yeah, I heard them say on the news that they brought in port-a-potties. Guess that means they'll be there a while.

I've never believed the charges against him. I think people may be taking advantage of him and trying to get money. He really seems like a child himself.

on ET, they said the boy told his psychiatrist about something and they called the "authorities"

Well if there was nothing to the first case of child molestation and he was totally innocent, why did he settle the lawsuit? It makes no sense. Seems those people were either greedy or were paid hush money.
I watched his interview and I must say he is a strange character.
But, I still like his music. I have worn out my "Dangerous" CD. hehe

Apparently, there is also an arrest warrant.
Here's an excerpt and then the link for the story:
Court TV reporter Diane Dimond, who is on the scene, says a source told her that police not only had a search warrant, but an arrest warrant. Dimond told CNN's Larry King that had Jackson been at the ranch, the warrant would have been executed.

I believe it. He went on national tv and said he sleeps with boys and doesn't find anything wrong with it. For a man who has the incredible talents that he does, he's a very strange one. It's almost like a part of him stopped developing when he reached a certain age - he's definately displayed some very strange behaviors that detract from the accomplishments he's had.

The police must have collected some evidence this time. If he is/was molesting young boys he needs to be thrown underneath the jail!!

Just curious if anybody out there thinks MJ was born this way? I'm not saying he is a Homosexual, or a Pedophile, but I think at one time it was safe to say he was halfway normal. Sooooo...did his environment shape him into the person he is today??

This is not a normal person
