As the 40th anniversary of that dark day in the history of the US arrives again the questions come about if Lee Harvey Oswald acted alone or more than 1 person pulled the trigger.I haved heard theories from the mafia to Fidel Castro ordered it. What is the opinions of you about this?Mines is that Oswald did it alone but that is my opinion.

I do not support the lone gunman theory. With all the new facts, films of a secret service agent running with JFK's car like he was supposed to, and another agent waving him back. All the mysterious deaths, and of course, the Moorman photo, that shows a man shooting a gun:

I just do not know what to think about this anymore. No one has a clue who could have really killed a great President.

A question I have always wondered about though. When JFK was shot a second time, I saw Mrs. Kennedy jump onto the back of the car as if trying to recover something. Or was she trying to get out of the car?

My lasting impression is of Kennedy's head snapping backwards in the Zapruder film when the head shot occured. I also don't buy the one bullet doing all that damage to kennedy adn Conolly. Too many questions unanswered.

I'm very open to any conspiracy theory. Too many things don't add up including the infamous "Oswald with weapon" photo, which right up until his death, he insisted was a phony. Then there is Ruby with all his Mafia ties, and lets not forget LBJ and all the defense spending contracts for escalation of War in Vietnam.

I'm not saying I believe any one of these....but I do think they are all very very possible.

Oswald acted alone,as did Ruby.I just watched the history channel that did a bio on Ruby & he had no mafia ties.

I've already posted about this and I still have not decided. But to those who believe Oswald acted alone, have you seen the autopsy photos and watched the Zapruder film? Why is there an exit wound at the back of Kennedy's head? I've seen plenty of gunshot wounds and it makes no sense for the back of someone's head to be blown out unless they were shot from the front. Oswald was shooting from behind, so there had to be someone else. Oliver Stone even mentions this in his movie "JFK."

this is all so confusing. Connelly's wife said on Fox News a couple of morning ago that all 3 shots came from over her rigth shoulder, and she was there!

But you have to wonder in all the confusion and panic, how anybody could tell from which direction the bullets came from.

I have no clue if Oswald acted alone, and feel we may never know what truly happened.

YOO HOO, LOL..... does anyone know why Mrs. Kennedy jumped on the trunk of the car after the second shot? It seemed a bit odd to me.

She was trying to retrieve a piece of her husbands head. Gruesome but true.

My guess is that she starts to stand up in the car (shock at the sight of her husband's blood and brains? fear of another bullet?), loses her balance, catches herself as the Secret Service agent rushes up and climbs up on the trunk.

I'm not sure if anyone really knows why.

Stormchaser got it right. Parts of JFK's head and brain were on the trunk and she was trying to get them :-(

Mrs Connelly confirmed in the interview with Fox & Freinds that that is exactly what Mrs Kennedy was doing.

Which leads to my point and I am no forensic expert, but if he was shot from above and behind, why did parts of his head end up on the trunk. Would they not have blown to the front of the rear seat or into the front where Connelly sat?

The impact of a high velocity round on a man's head sends debris in all directions. :-( Take a watermelon and shoot it and you'll see what I mean.

Her words were "theyve killed him, i have his brains in my hand" and that was that.
