There is a DNS problem with the chat room. To get around it select stormdancing.stormdancing.net instead of irc.stormdancing.net That should get you there while they get the problem fixed

Ok, we've got a problem...for some resaon, about 5-6 of the ppl in chat now are getting booted off...at the same time...is this a problem with the server or a problem on their end???

I purposely logged out of chat after being disconnected and reconnected. I had no problems after logging back in.

Yeah... I was in the chatroom this afternoon and then over half got kicked out.

That must have been a net split. They are fairly common. What I think happens is people from each server will be separated from everyone else on different servers. Think of it as people on server A being in one storm2k dimension and people on server B being in another storm2k dimension.
