OK....your driving down the road on a dark, stormy night, you pass a bus stop, you see 3 people standing there, an eldery woman who is very ill, an old friend who saved your life some years ago and your possible TRUE soul mate, who would you pick up? Now bear in mind, you can only pick up ONE person.

I would pick up the elderly lady, tell my friend to wait, bring her to a hospital and go back for my friend.

The elderly, ill lady.
A true friend of mine would understand the choice.
I'd expect my soul mate to understand, as well...I'd just
have to take my chances on that.

I'd let my old friend drive the elderly women to the hospital and stay with my potential soulmate at the bus stop.

No, Hunter had it right, except you give the car to the old friend, let him take the lady to the hospital and keep the car to repay him for saving your life, and disappear with your soulmate.
Sorry to bust the bubble, but I heard this one before.

I would have to agree with Hunter also. Saying that you could only pick up one person would put two people in the car. Now there are two people in the car. You did not pick up the two, you gave the car to one of them and what he does from there is no longer part of the equation.
Good Job Hunter84
