A Story of Great Sportsmanship

I had heard a story this afternoon about a high school wrestling team that had a boy he was a freshman on the team with Downs Syndrome. He has been on the team all year, went through all the practices but hadn't been in any competitions. then against the teams main rival the coach asked the other teams coach if he had any wrestlers who could wrestle him in a match because he wanted him to feel what its like to be in a match. The other coach did get a senior from his B squad to wrestle him. The coach of the Down Syndrome wrestler told them please don't pin him till the 3rd(last ) period so he can atleast get a full match. But the other coach told his player not to pin him at all. Well to shorten this alittle, the wrestler ended up letting the wrestler with Downs pin him in the 3rd period. The crowd gave the two boys a standing ovation. The senior after the match told his coach that, the boy with Downs was fighting so hard he just couldn't see having him lose. All the players on the seniors team understood and said it couldn't have had a better ending.
