Staying home (as always). Ken will prolly fall asleep around 9:00 and me and the cats will ring in the new year by ourselves. Oh and mass quantities of food consumption since I start my diet the next day.

We usually gather together with some close friends who have small kids for some nice conversation and company. It's fun watching the little ones try to stay up until midnight!

I stay at home and looking at TV until 1:00 AM AST here in Puerto Rico when the ball drops at time square (Remember here there is 1 hour difference from the eastern time zone).

It's our wedding anniversary (I picked the date so I wouldn't forget "LOL!") We *were* going to Sedona, stay at the Radisson Resort, play golf BUT......there's another system coming and I don't EVEN want to try driving to Sedona in a blinding snow storm, SO........we're going out to dinner and ringing in the New Years with our neighbors, best friends, from Tucson!

The forecast for New Years calls for rain - so it might be a night in front of the TV with food and liquid livations.....and probably here on the computer seeing who pops in and wishes anyone and everyone a Happy 2004!!!!

Have attended a party with my folks at some friends of our's house in the past few recent years and having fried turkey with various side dishes...but this year my folks and I will probably stay at home and celebrate by watching Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve party and the ball drop like we have in past decades! :D

Most likely at home, watching one of Debi's "male-bashing" channels until the ball drops.

No more champagne
And the fireworks are through
Here we are
Me and you
Feeling lost, and feeling blue
It's the end of the party
And the morning seems so grey
So unlike yesterday
Now's the time for us to say...
'HAPPY NEW YEAR"..."

I think my friend is holding a party, but not sure. That night, my dad's antique mall, we will be there for awhile. Printing paperwork for the end of month sales, and then end of year paperwork (like 2-3 reems of paper used :o )

I have no idea!!! I was soooooo caught off guard by the fact that I ACTUALLY have the night off!!! I didn't have time to make any plans, and all my friends are either pregnant or working or don't have a babysitter!!!

Oh, hey, I KNOW!! I have the day before and day after off, who wants me to come stay with them?!   Oh well, it was worth a shot!!

Have no fear, whatever ends up happening, I WILL have my Captain Morgan at my side!

Jacki-Lynne...Kathy and I will babysit if you want your friends to drop off their kids in Phoenix for a few hours! (I might not make that offer if I lived back in Illinois!)

Actually, we have friends in from Illinois who want to see us on New Year's eve...so we'll whip up something easy to eat...then visit the night away until the ball drops on the east coast (10 pm). Then off to bed...have to be to work on New Year's day at 6:20am!

It's great being the boss...you are the one who has to work on the holidays so those employees with kids and family can spend time together!!!!

 Thanks for the offer!

That is very nice of you to work the holiday, but 6:20 am would be painful for me on ANY day! (This coming from a graveyard shifter who is up at that time every day!! )
