Well at least they will allow for US people to tour the Yongblon nuclear facility. It is the first time that NK allows someone from outside to take a look at their nuke plants from december 2002 when the UN inspectors were kicked out.
I rather wait for more actions not words to see a real change in position from Kim Jon Ill and by the way this is one of my 10 predictions that I posted about NK terminating it's nuclear programs but time will tell if they will open up.

No doubt in my mind our "flexing muscles" in Iraq are what has brought lybia, NK, and even Iran some now to there sences

The axis of evil theme has resounded loud and clear to all the 3 countries as we know about what has happened in Iraq,Iran has allowed inspectors to their plants and now NK at least has opened up slightly.

Hey Chad..I agree.
of further note.... In the wake of the devasting earthquake in Iran, the U.S. being the great country that it is, went forward with private as well as federal aid programs. This, to a member of the "Axis of Evil".
Do the American haters of this world need any further proof of the humanitarian resolve of this great country?

Like I have proclaimed from the beginning concerning N. Korea, Il has just been running his mouth crying out in a deranged way for assistance. He thought he could get it through threats. Maybe now he sees it can be accomplished through peace.

Can we see Kim Jon Ill change from a hardline person to a peacemaker guy sitting in a table with Bush? Well in past weeks we haved seen Gadahfi changed to open up his countrie but seeing Jon Ill talking peace and getting rid of the nukes it would be a miracle but anything is possible.

I'm with you....its very hard to fathom unless he is thinking we are about to attack and he knows his goose will be cooked!

Gadafi is evil and I feel his intentions are nothing but cruel. He may be scared, but his intentions are much more sinister.

not really... he is a man of evil. I am not convinced he has changed... I only feel he is slightly scared. Thus, the reasons for his actions.
