And this weekend's cold snap of -8* to -10* crippled the New England states. Minnesotan's go to the Northeast for a Winter break feels like a Heat wave.....lol

I assume by New Yorkers, you mean inhabitants of NYC. IT is much colder in parts of UPstate NY that anywhere in New England right now, and they are still going to school (not in the Buffalo area, where most of the schools are closed because it is too cold )

Yeah, after this subzero weather, 30 will be feeling fine.
