"Not only are we going to go fishing. We’re going to go sailing and water skiing and nude scuba diving and deep sea basket weaving and body surfing! And then we’re going to Washington, D.C. to take back fish rights! Yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhh!!!!!!

What the caption should say is "My chances of getting the Democratic presidential nomination are as good as this salmon's chances of coming back to life."
