33 Years...

On a chilly February day 33 years ago today, my bride and I walked down the aisle of the Methodist Church.
Today we celebrate.
Amazing what stories have crossed our lives during the times we have been together.
...and hopefully plenty more yet to be written!

Congratualtions, Steve, you are very fortunate. Whether by divine plan, or by luck, or by careful preparation, or by hard work in making it be, you have found what many long for and never find. While I don't really know you, I admire what I know. (does that make sense?) Best wishes for many many more.

Thanks everyone. Ed...that we would be blessed with this time together is a combination of all things. Hard work, working through down times, patience and more patience, and knowing that flaws exist in all people; understanding them, working with them, and even laughing at them can add important meaning to your life.
There are three primary things that have contributed to our good time together.
First, communicating and setting common goals. Second, our intense focus on the lives of our sons when they were growing up. Third, learning that each of us need our own space to be who we are.
The cornerstone has been trust.
