Do you all remember your first love? I do. His name was Kenny Kinchen and I found out he was killed last night in Chalmette, LA. :(

Sorry to hear that Linda. I forgot mine's first name, it's been so long. We were in Kindergarten together and we were caught kissing. My aunt found out about it and called the girls mother. We were in a small town and everyone knew everyone. She told her we were to young to be doing that and her daughter better stay away from me. I was thoroughly upset, but I can see the wisdom in her actions now.

My first love was Nancy Rainwater. Her dad owned all of the SE region seven-up or coca cola(can't remember which)bottling plants and distributorships. I went to school with her in Kindergarten and then 2-4 grade. I kissed her at her parents beach house during summer of the 3rd grade. Last time I saw her I was with my gorgeous wife at a Christmas party in Pensacola, FL. and her nose was so far up in the air they claimed there was a new skyscraper in P'cola!!!   She couldn't give me the time of day or bother to talk to me for more than a minute!!! Her loss!!!!

My first "true" love was Mary in Tallahassee. We went to art classes together and she is the first girl I went steady with. We were 12 when this was going on.

Mine had the (at that time) unusual name of Celie Leroy...never requited, I "held a torch" for her from 3rd grade into high school (1969)...and kept her junior year photo in my wallet until 1985, when I saw her in STL visiting her mother over Thanksgiving (she lived in Colorado by then), and gave it back to her.

Celie's father was an engineer for McDonnell-Douglas, and (like almost all the adults I grew up around), was involved in the defense industry, if not military service.

Imagine a 5-foot Jennifer Connelly with Audrey Hepburn's eyes, and you have Celie.

I am very sorry to hear of this Linda :(.

My first love i happen to meet at the beach who was vacationing where i lived at the DE coast. Ronda Travis. Never ever forget that first kiss which we shared in the ocean. It was like time stood still and nothing else mattered in the whole world. Well we hung out everyday for almost two weeks untill she left for home which was Wheeling, WV. After which we called eachother and wrote letters for a while and then notta. Oddly enough about 5 years later when i had gotten on my own and lived in another town about 35 miles away Ocean City, MD i was working one day and who shows up......Her and her family. We talked for a few good hours and that was about it we said our good byes and thats the last time i ever seen or heard from her again. At this time she was in college "FL" and doing some modeling. Still brought back that feeling i had that day when we shared that first big kiss in the ocean.
