True story....I set a meeting with an employee this week who has had a poor attendance record.
He blew off the meeting and didn't even call.
He acted surprised when I was upset.
Dah!! He has anal something...although I suspect by tomorrow the cure will not be in the shape of a pill, but rather in the shape of a boot.
