not to get started again, but you know what i think should be done with pit bulls. this is a horrible story. again, a family pit bull, no doubt loving and friendly, brutally attacked a family member for no reason. i bet these people wished they had never had that vicious animal. other dogs just dont maul and kill like that

Again, these animals should not be held as pets as they are dangerous

I'd never own a pit bull. I'd much rather get 4 cats than get a pit bull!!!

Pit bulls are known for vicious attacks on ppl and other animals...hardly the only breed though. People that choose to have these dogs for protection should keep them inside or penned up at all times as these dogs dont take kindly to strangers.

that is what gets me. neighbors knew that dog was a killer. but i bet that family that owned that killer dog did everything they could to defend their loving
pit bull. now a defenseless 91 year old woman has been brutally butchered. personally, i think criminal action should proceed against the owner of the dog.

Yea, that's insane!!!!! I'm not sure if they could ever extinct an animal like a pit bull. But it sure would do us a favor than actually get torchered and bittened by one.
