Any 24 fans out there? Could you believe last night's episode??? IT'S ABOUT TIME!!!

I am so addicted to this show....I can't stand waiting a week for it. It was so much easier watching season 1 & 2 on DVD....one episode after another. The only problem was it was practically impossible to stop watching.

Shouldn't it be called "72" by now?

If I understand correctly, didn't it originally start as a show that was being filmed in real time so the one hour that passed during the audience's viewing of the show was also one true hour of the characters' lives? And therefore, the "24" referred to 24 episodes which made up 24 hours or one full day in the life of Keifer Sutherland's character?

I don't watch it so I never got into it. But I was wondering if you guys were really only on day 3?

An hour passed.

Seriously, if I could copy and paste, I would. Here's a link to Fox's site. I'm assuming 2:00 A.M. - 3:00 A.M. was yesterday's episode?

Yes duck...that's how the time works. It's day 3 but it's like 4 years later from the first season. I mean, how many BAD days can ya really have? ;)
If you're interested, whatever you do, don't start watching now!! Get the first season and start from the beginning. I watched the 2nd season first because I didn't really understand how it went and then I watched the first season while I'm currently watching the 3rd on prime time. Because I had seen the 2nd one first, I knew how some things turned out. It certainly didn't ruin it, but it just gave away some of the plots. You will not be disappointed. It is one exciting, addicting show!

Perhaps I'll have to check it out. I was surprised to find TV shows now available in the DVD rentals section at one of the video stores here -- Friends, ER, South Park. I'm sure they have 24 also. Not quite sure how someone is supposed to watch 24 hours of a rented DVD within the allotted rental timeframe, but I suppose I'll figure something out. :)

My brother loves 24..I don't though. I did hear on the news last night though, that the main charecter, Keifer Sutherland ( SP?? ) got into a bar fight, and had to get stiches.
