I don't appreciate Andy Rooney's comments about Mel Gibson. He called Mel a nut case and a wacko who wants to make money off the crucifixion of Christ. What a narrow mind! What a cruel statement! He even admits that he hasn't seen the movie.

Did he say Mel was nuts? I thought he said Pat Robertson was nuts for claiming that God talked to him and told him that GWB was going to be re-elected. And Rooney asked if PR would become an atheist if Bush wasn't re-elected.

But yeah, he did say that Mel was profiting of the crucifixion.

Idiotic statements if you ask me. :roll:
