Like I said in that other thread (the one with the G word 
), this *might* be one of the ones that actually lasts (legal or not, the commitment seems to be there). The rest of them are just trying to stick it in everyone else's faces and say, "Ha! You told us we couldn't but we did."
Yeah, well, that's a hell of a sad reason to get married - just for the show of it.
I'm appalled. When and if my time comes (if my dream girl ever comes around), I want it to be for real. Not just to be part of a "civil disobedience" demonstration.
