Starts in 3 minutes!

LOL! Actually, I'm just snuggled under my blanket, nursing my cough and sore throat, watching the ceremony. Figured I'd log in and watch with anyone who wants to join me.

As for a party, well...*snicker* You can party. I'll just sit back and overdose on Hall's lozenges. :)

That intro for Billy Crystal was hilarious! Wish I would have taped it!

Steve, I think that was the best one by him yet! That surpassed the "City Slickers" intro with Jack Palance.

Shawn - I hope you feel better soon!

I'm so glad Rene Zellwegger won. She is a great actress!

I haven't seen any of the movies yet.

I DEFINATELY want to see LOTR - the whole trilogy. I'm delighted that the whole story was done as well as it was. I loved reading the story and I was so sad when I was done with it.

The magnitude of the undertaking still astounds me. As a thirty year plus fan of the books I couldn't have imagined that anyone could have pulled this off as well as Peter Jackson did. My only hope now is that he gets the chance to do the Hobbit. :-)
