The sentencing date will be on june 10th.For each count it will be 5 years for a total of 20 years in prison for Martha but the judge can ease the years in prison however that will have to wait until june 10th.

I heard that she could be sentenced as little as 3 years in prison. She's got to be scared. When was the last time a female celebrity went to prison? I know she did wrong, and I'm not even a follower of hers, but do feel sorry for her...on the other hand, think she'll be totally clueless if she gets assigned Kitchen Duty?

I doubt she will get much if any prison time. Even if it does come down to some actual prison time it will be in a white-collar (read country club) Federal Facility.

So she'll get the nicest tennis courts etc. To top that off, she now gets everything for free. Prisons sure need to be reformed and not these all expense paid vacations to country clubs

I see this being dragged out for many months,

Martha Stewart's sentencing date is scheduled for Thursday, June 17th, not Thursday, June 10th.

Yes Tom Initially after the decision I heard June 10th but yes it will be on the 17th.
