I have the perfect Frasier finale!!!

With Frasier's dad about to remarry and move out, and Niles/Daphne about to embark on parenthood, Frasier will truly feel all alone again. And miss Boston. He decides to move back and of course pop in on his old Cheers gang. Another reason for the Boston move is to be near Frederick again. Here's where I was tempted to write the script but no, I think it would be more fun if we did!!! I will mention it would be funny if Sam would tell the gang about a crazy dream he's had recently, in which he was a cranky doctor in NYC. Chad, I know you're a diehard Cheers fan, so feel free to join in. If this is a lame topic, just ignore it. I found myself feeling very sad for Frasier after last week's show and this idea just popped in my head. Of course Newhart had something to do with it too.....LOL

Who would be with Sam -- Rebecca or Diane or someone new? And would Woody the druggie have to come back? Somehow I just can't believe Harrelson in the role of simpleton bartender Woody anymore.

It's too bad that Nicholas Colasanto (sp?) isn't still around for his role as 'Coach'.

Duck - well I cheated and looked up the last episode on a site I frequent. LOL You can read it here to refresh your Cheers memory:

You'll need to select C for Cheers, then scroll down to last season/episode. The link for Cheers wouldn't copy for me.

As for Woody, he married Kelly didn't he? I'd say they'd be happily married now, with a pack of kids. But I knew what you meant, you just need to separate the actor from the character Shawn!!! :-)

LOL! It's been forever since I've seen an episode of Cheers and I didn't remember all the details from the finale, except for Sam waving off the last customer at the door, saying "We're closed."

*snicker* Mary! I know, I usually pick on other people for not separating actor from character. It's just that he doesn't appear as innocent and timid as he did in the beginning. :)

Right. Woody was sooooo much different back then. I even imagined he was the same way in real life. lol
Then I saw "Natural Born Killers" (what was I thinking?) and I never saw his role on Cheers the same way.

I would get Sam and Diane back together. They were always funny together and they should probably FINALLY get married after all of the "almosts" :)

Then after six months of Sam and Diane being together see him in a straight jacket at the psyc. ward.
