Thing is the kid probably woke up and said ewww, roll over Rover but other than that, wasn't grossed out. Now an adult would have been!!! Oh yeah. I used to share popsicles with my cat when I was a kid. My mom would just about get sick when she saw me do that. LOL

The thing is, the dog's butt is probably cleaner than ours. A vet told me years ago that we have more germs in our mouth than a dog does. Licking their wounds helps to heal them depending on the severity, of course.
