For those who are stressed over ALL the reports of DOOM and GLOOM these days, might I suggest you pick up a copy of this months Readers Digest. There's an article in it called, "Stress, Lies and Video Tape"....I tried pulling it up on their website, didn't have it on there. It's about the media and ALL the hype over terrorism, your health, your eatin' habits....ya know, ALL the things the media tends to OVER DO! It's a MUST read to CALM your fears and EASE your mind over ALL the doom and gloom being reported these days!
