Hey Dennis, if you've got a few hundred bucks, you can come down here in the Valley and play golf for a weekend! At about $4.50 per hole you can play all day in some places.

Like you, my dad, bless his heart, is anxious for the golf season to start back in Illinois. At 88, this will be his 26th year hitting the little white ball...not playing his first round until his was in his 60's.

The season starts in early April and ends by around November 1st there. He's paying $362 for the "all-u-can-play-senior-special." Last year he played 104 rounds of 9, which means it cost him a whopping $.39 a hole. Probably can't beat that in Pinetop unless you play in January!!!!

Have fun hitting those buckets of balls until then!

Let's see...those cost about $8 a bucket these days, don't they?

LOL! You're probably right Steph! It's been a LONG, COLD winter and I can't WAIT!

Um, let's see Steve, a small bucket (40 balls) is 3$, a medium (60) balls is $5, a large (100 balls) 7$ .....now that's for non members of the country club, being a member, I take off 2$ each!
