Hi everyone. Well... it has been a real nice trip (we will be home tomorrow), but we didn't get to go to the Outer Banks. :cry:

It was raining so hard that some of the little inlets flooded over the road so we had to turn around.

We ate lunch in Roanoke Rapids (nice town Eric!) at the Shoney's. We also spent some time in New Orleans, but I didn't like it that well.

Gulfport/Biloxi/Pascagoula were BEAUTIFUL!! I want to go back. 8-)

Well... I am going to get caught back up elsewhere on this board before I head to bed. TTYL!

Garrett, I hope you had a GREAT meal there at the Roanoke Rapids Shoney's!

What day did you eat there?

So sorry that a system washed out your plans though for the Outer Banks.

I have an aunt and uncle (who with their two daughters...now grown) used to live in Owensboro, KY! 8-)
