Yup, but I can't find the post again. I don't remember the location either...just that it was going to be in CA.

I think he said western California.

is along the coast which is about as far west as one can get in CA. However a 4.7 is not a significant earthquake.

The initial report of this earthquake that occurred several minutes before 4:00 pm Pacific/7:00 pm Eastern was registered at 4.5 on the Richter Scale... about 20 minutes later when Shephard Smith reported it being a 4.7.
This quake's epicanter was a bit north of the Cambria Earthquake, which occurred on Monday, December 22th.
The San Simeon area is one of the areas I noticed a lot of activity when checking the Earthquake reports website... most times, of course, they are between 1.0 and 3.5 on the Richter Scale.

Well it is a week late and should have been a 6.0 or higher. So I don't think it really counts. I think it was a 30 - 50% chance of it happening on that day anyway. But hey thanks for noticing.
