Yummmm....sooooooshaaaay!

I have to wonder -- if he could do a blue color for the other flags, why isn't the upper left field on the US flag blue? It looks like he just used a little rectangle piece of seaweed. And what's with the stars? Gotta give him credit for the correct number of stripes though.

As far as eating those, I'd leave that Irish flag alone. I think the light green stuff is wasabi and that's just WAY too much hot stuff to eat on that thing!

And if anyone is wondering -- the yellow is sweet egg omelet mixture called tamago. The orange and black stuff are types of roe. My best guess on the white (topping) is squid. I have no idea what he used for the blue, but he must have dyed it with food coloring.

We could meet at Todai off the Katy Freeway. They have all-you-can-eat sushi, as well as crab legs, prime rib, oysters, tempura, and tons of other stuff. Went there for the first time on my birthday last month. I'm pretty sure they have some basic non-fishy fare for those who don't like or have never tried sushi. But I never got to look that far...I stuck close to the sushi selections. :)
