So...what's on your "Ressurection Day" dinner menu? This year, I'm doing a BBQ'D Leg O' Lamb

roasted red taters on the grill, aspergrass, salad, iced tea and for dessert, Strawberry Shortcake!

We're coming to YOUR house Dennis!
We're going to an Easter Sunrise Service in Oceanside Bch, which is followed by a buffet luncheon, then crashing on the beach for most of the day, and then doing a traditional honey ham with the fixin for a late Easter dinner...We're attending our churches Sat. night Easter service as well...

Hard-boiled eggs, jelly beans, chocolate bunny, and a Peep chick or two.
Seriously, not sure yet...I'll be having dinner with friends.

Probably will head to Ralph's Barbecue in Roa Rpds for an early table at 10:45 am ET to beat the rest of the "crowd"...LOL
Will be up there this weekend to get the house gradually more emptied out.

We WERE goping to have a "Heavenly Ham"...but a state-required new windshield, to get our car licensed this year, will preclude that.
Therefore, we are considering a Texas-farm bred Roast Duck from Galveston...

Well, thank goodness I was bred in Missouri.

Traveling day for us. I'm cooking Sunday morning brunch in San Diego which will surely consist of all kinds of things not good for you, but fun on Easter.
Bacon, ham, hash browns, pancakes, eggs any way you like'em, and fresh California juice!!!
Then I'll carry that load onto the plane in the afternoon and hope I don't set the security alarm off for carrying all that extra internal baggage!!!!

Oh, my! Baked ham, potato salad, baked beans,
broccoli & cheese, dinner rolls, and peach cobbler!
I do believe that it's one of my holiday engagements
to show up at my Mom's church, as well!
