Well, the sale sign is out.

We put it out Sunday. I got home today and there were 4 msg. on machine from interested parties. One was from a realtor who was looking for an investment property for herself. Hopefully someone will make a decent offer soon.

So do I. I haven't had any real rest in a long time. We're starting out in price at $170K. Hope someone accepts that.

I talked to a realtor lady last night. She's looking for an investment property for herself. I told her about the house and how much. She said if she was interested she would give me a call back to make an appointment.
Kathy- My 17 year old son can be here with me. I just have to let him know what time to be here.
