Ok, for your's and everyone else's enjoyment, list five things that made you smile today. With all the drama in the world, there has to be five things you thought of, saw, etc. that made you smile. I will go first!
1. My cats wanting attention as I drank my first cup of coffee on the patio.
2. Baby sparrows I heard in one of my bird houses.
3. My new computer booting up in 1/100,00th of the time my old one did.
4. The fact that I'm 1/3 through studying for my chem final.
5. A baby grackle drinking off the waterfall on my pond.

1.) Now that is one... 1/100,00th... never heard that
2.) Finding out we could have two straight sunny days here.. with some SVR WX possible
3.) Running a PR in the 200 yesterday at a track meet (27.05)
4.) Learning that I lost Weather Jeopardy by some 200 points (funny, first time doing it)
5.) AP Exams are almost over!

- My Computer Booted up Flawlessly
- I have friends
- It could get stormy this weekend in my area
- I took the fact that my friend Emily already has a boyfriend very well, and she still wants to be friends.

Well let me see...
1. I was given the opportunity to talk with my girfriend which I thank God for everyday.
2. I found out that I may have an opportunity to stay in state and get my BMP degree from MSU.
3. The weather has been WONDERFUL!
4. I have my senior awards banquet tonight.
5. An old friend that was angry with me apologized and we are now back to the days of old again.

2. I had a chance to talk to the love of my life this morning before I left for work

4.The fact that our members are so supportive of the staff here.
5.GOD gave me another BEAUTIFUL day in which to work for him.

1. My best friend called me four times this morning as I was trying to get dressed (we had to laugh because I barely got back to the sink to brush my teeth and she was calling again....and again...and again -- silly stuff.
)
2. I got to see my (soon-to-be-former) boss's beautiful smiling face this morning when I first walked into the building.
3. It's sunny and nice outside.
4. I got my MOTM signature graphic.
5. It's Must-See-TV night!

3. Waking up to my wonderful wife and 4 happy children
4. My youngest jumping up and down whenever I walk into a room where she is and cheering.
5. I found some nice herbs for my garden on sale this morning

1)Gods abundant grace and love in my life.
2)My husband made me a great cup of coffe and gave me a snuggle this morning (shhh the kids were asleep)
3)My children and I laid in bed and got the giggles.
4)My baby rolled over for the first time.
5)Found out this morning a great friend of mine is coming over to visit me from London.

Nice thread Suzi...nice to see positive and uplifting stuff!
1. Woke up to my wonderful hubby, celebrating 2 years of marraige with him
2. The smile on my sons face this morning as the first thing he thought of was saying "Happy Anniversary Mom"...such a sweet guy...
3. Same son made me pancakes for breakfast :O)
4.The news says our fires are almost completely contained and people can return to their homes
5.We've got clear skys, and beautiful cooler temps...the purrrrrfect day!

(3) Outside, it was a beautiful, sunny spring day

What a wonderful idea. Stop and smell the roses, huh?
1. One of my students won a scholarship.
2. One of my students worked harder than anyone and passed by one tenth of a point--was he happy! Make my day...
3. I got a special card from my special friend.
4. My son came by for a bit...
5. I ordered a gift for my mom for Mother's day==she will be excited.
6. My chubby cat played with her catnip mouse. So cute.
7. My hubby called.
I could go on and on.
Thanks so much for this idea. We get too serious sometimes and need to stop and count our many, many, many blessings.

Ok, I don't know about anyone else, but just READING everyone else's posts gave me quite a few smiles. I realize my last big post was such a downer and this morning when I got up and smelled that coffee, etc. I was just happy for awhile. And then after I checked back and read ya'lls stuff, I was smiling like a cheshire cat.
Everyone needs to breathe now and then...............

2) Its finally the weekend
3) My birthday is only in 2 days
4) I found out that I will probally only have 3 more birthdays after this one, until my lord and savior jesus christ returns in 2007.
5) I got my math grade up to a B
