G. Paltrow names new baby Apple....

Apple? Sounds a bit odd to me but then again, I thought when Demi Moore named her baby Rumer, that was was odd too.
My husband is an Apple computer nut. If anyone was going to name their baby girl Apple, gee it could have been us. LOL
Cebebs' baby names.....what will they name their kids next? Red carpet?

Karan - LOL Keep trying...I liked Oscar and Emmy.
The rest of this baby's name is just fine....
Apple Blythe Alison Martin.
Let's hope she goes by one of her middle names?

Well...at least if they are starting at the beginning of the alphabet, they can have 25 kids before starting over.

I was going to ask something similar. Now the great dillema comes with the next child... do you name it banana because apple and banana roll right off the tongue or if it is a boy, do you name it orange because they would be like comparing apple to orange?

Did she ever stop to think what this poor child is going to go thru in life with a name like Apple? Kids can be so cruel--for that matter so can adults!!!
How could anyone even consider naming their child, Apple? IMO---ridiculous!!!

STORK REPORT: Gwyneth Paltrow gave birth to a baby girl, daughter Apple Blythe Alison Martin, Friday in London. This is the first child for the Oscar winner and her husband, Coldplay's Chris Martin. There's no word why the couple named their kid after a piece of fruit, although reports say Paltrow endured a "long labor" and, therefore, might have been out of her freakin' mind.

I can think of some more fitting names for the Osbourne kids than Jack and Kelly.
Now there are a couple who could be named after fruits, planets, signs of the zodiac, or even body parts!
Most kids of the rich and famous grow up far far away from normal.
Paris Hilton, anyone? How normal is she?
