Senior Iraqi official is talking about surrendering

MSNBC just reported this breaking news by Tim Russert but the name of that senior official he didn't know but the talks with a third partie meaning another country are underway so I guess that later on more details will come.

I hope its one of Saddam's sons and he is speaking on behalf of all Iraqi leaders. Yeah, yeah - wishful thinking! :ggreen:
